Our events are in collaboration with 8 grassroots organizations servicing the north, west, south and suburbs of Chicago whose mission is to decrease youth violence. Each organization received 500.00 to host their events, 25 t-shirts, and logistical support from Kids Off The Block and Fierce Over 40 Ambassadors. We all have agreed to host two summer events on the same days/times across the city. Also, we agreed to an end of summer celebration of unity at The 24 Hour Peace Jam in August hosted by Kids Off The Block in Roseland.
