Event Details

Bootstraps is an original play featuring youth from the South side of Chicago.  These youth promise to deliver an astounding performance while building peace in the community and strengthening the relationship between 003rd District and the larger law enforcement community.

Bootstraps ignites the desire for a stronger community.  The story is told through drama, music, spoken word, and dance.  The play will be followed by a talk back between the audience, the cast, community, and law enforcement.

Performances are free – Tuesday, July 24 – 1:00 pm, Wednesday, July 25 – 7:00 pm, Thursday, July 26 – 7:00 pm
